The Rhingo Poom Ribbed Dobok is the standard choice for Poom-rank students in WT/WTF-style taekwondo programs. The 7oz ribbed fabric offers a durable, textured weave that maintains its shape through constant washing and training — while the blue/red collar trim signals Poom rank status with a clean, professional look.
Poom is the junior black belt rank in WT (World Taekwondo) style taekwondo, awarded to students under 15 years old who have achieved the technical standard for 1st Dan black belt. Students with Poom rank wear a distinctive red/black belt and traditionally wear a uniform with blue/red trim to identify their rank level. At age 15, Poom holders can convert their rank to full Dan.
The Rhingo Poom Ribbed Dobok is designed for training use and many school-level competitions. For official WT-sanctioned national or international events, consult the tournament's specific uniform requirements before purchasing.
Rhingo doboks are sized by number (0000 through 7) corresponding to height and weight. The size chart is on the product page. For children who are growing rapidly, sizing up provides more room to grow into — the elastic waistband accommodates some variation in fit.
The bundle of 2 allows you to always have a clean uniform available. It is the most practical option for students training 3+ times per week, as you always have a clean dobok ready while the other is washing and drying.
Rhingo produces affordable, practice-grade taekwondo uniforms trusted by dojos and academies across the USA for consistent value and quality at every belt level.
